Why are there speckles on my garment? Our, natural and raw products are intentionally left undyed to retain their natural look and feel. This means each garment shows the true colour and texture of the cotton plant, including small specks and particles from the original plant seeds. These unique features highlight our commitment to sustainability by preserving the cotton’s natural qualities.
What makes Change Your Tune Apparel eco-friendly?
We’re committed to providing products that respect the environment. Our garments are crafted from 100% organic cotton, produced using eco-friendly processes, and printed with water-based, eco-friendly inks. We also use sustainable, plastic-free packaging materials to keep our footprint as low as possible.
How sustainable is the clothing you offer?
Our garments are made with organic, fair-trade cotton and crafted with responsible production practices. Additionally, our items are shipped in eco-friendly packaging, ensuring a low-impact delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our processing time is typically up to 5 working days. Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive in 1–5 days, European orders in 3–5 days, and orders to the rest of the world within 7–10 days, depending on the shipping method selected.
Can I track my order?
Yes, if you select a tracked shipping method at checkout, you’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships. Please note that some tracking options may vary based on the shipping destination.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
While delays are rare, parcels can sometimes go missing in transit. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, check with your local post office first and confirm your address details. If it’s still missing, reach out to us, and we’ll assist further. For UK orders, we must wait 10 working days after dispatch, and for EU and international orders, 28 days, before issuing a replacement.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Absolutely! We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it’s in its original, unworn condition. For customers who ordered multiple sizes to find the right fit but with the intention of returning one, we accept returns of additional sizes for store credit. However, please note that we can only issue full refunds or exchanges for items with defects in the garment or print.
Are there any exceptions to the return policy?
Yes, custom or personalised items and sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective (as above, remnants of cotton seed are not a defect). Please reach out to us with any concerns, and we’ll be happy to help.
What is your packaging made from?
Our packaging is designed with the planet in mind. All parcels are shipped in plastic-free, recyclable, or biodegradable packaging. We even wrap framed prints (once we start selling them) in biodegradable bubble wrap to protect them without compromising our eco-friendly mission.
Are there customs fees or import taxes for international orders?
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any such fees, as these charges vary by country.
